Important Notice for Plesk 10 Users

Dear Valued Customers,

If you have a VPS with Plesk Panel version 10, please read this message carefully. If you have already upgraded to Plesk 11 or higher, you can disregard this message.

You can verify which version you have by visiting: https://IPADDRESS:8443 (Replace IPADDRESS with your actual IP address)

Our vendor Parallels has announced that they will end further development and security fixes for Plesk 10 and Web Presence Builder 10 starting January 31, 2015. This means that we will no longer be able to assist you regarding the issues with version 10 that require Parallels escalation.

We care about your business and would like to make sure that this decision leaves the least impact as possible on you. In order to avoid possible issues in the future, we recommend that you take the time to upgrade your Plesk Panel to the latest version: Plesk 12 and Web Presence Builder 12.

Before proceeding with the upgrade, please make sure that everything is backed up. Once this is done, you can refer to the below link that explains the upgrade process in detail:
