Emergency Maintenance: onCloud Mailbox Migrations

Dear onCloud Exchange clients:

Our Operations team will be starting migrations of email accounts located on our onCloud Exchange server EXVS01 (database SG14) to a new database, in order to reclaim space on our NetApp storage hardware. This instance of migrations will ensure that the stable functioning of your Exchange services with myhosting.com continues.
Migrations will begin Monday,November 5th 2012, at 11:00 p.m. EDT, and run until 3:00 a.m. EDT on Tuesday, November 6th, 2012. This 11:00 p.m. to 3:00 a.m. time frame will apply to migrations done each day, ending with migrations on Monday, November 19th 2012. All customers that will be affected have been emailed directly.

Fortunately, during the migrations process, only the accounts in the process of being moved will experience service interruptions; all other accounts will be fully accessible. Interruption time per account will depend on the size of your mailbox, ranging from 5 to 60 minutes depending on the mailbox size.
