Our Operations team will be conducting an update  on our Exchange Server EXVS03 that will be affecting all Exchange mailboxes on our onCloud platforms. This will take place on Saturday, November 24^th, between the hours of 11:30p.m. EST and 12:30 am EST.

We would like to inform you that the total downtime will be up to 30 minutes.

Lastly, please rest assured that all email messages sent to your Exchange mailbox(es) will simply be queued as the storage maintenance is occurring, and will then be delivered without issue to your mailbox(es) following this update.
