At myhosting.com we are constantly working to provide you the best shared hosting solution to ensure the highest performance of your server. With these goals in mind, our Operations team is going to switch disaster recovery backups to DPM as it provides a much better backup environment. In order to install the agents so the servers can be backed up, a reboot is required.
Maintenance day and time: Thursday December 27th, 2012 at 2AM EST. Our operation team would like to reboot all the web30xx servers (web3001-web3046 – Windows 2003 shared hosting classic).
Customer Impact: Only a reboot of the host will be performed and we are estimating downtime for customers websites to be from about 5-15 minutes while the server reboots.
