We would like to inform you of an upcoming maintenance that will cause a slight delay for all customers located on our onCloud platform. This maintenance is being performed on February 19th at 1:00am Eastern Standard Time. The access will be limited to your control panel at manage.myhosting.com and the provisioning of new orders through myhosting.com. If you are noticing any delay in a new subscription or order, we apologize for this, the order will complete directly following the maintenance.
- Services effected by maintenance: Delayed provisioning for all new orders, also no access to onCloud control panel (manage.myhosting.com)
- Potential Downtime: 1 hour
- Maintenance Date: February 19th, 1:00 AM EST
