Dear onCloud Exchange Clients:
We would like to update you that our Operations team will be performing migrations of email accounts located on our EXVS01 – 03, moving all of the stores to a new database, in order to reclaim space on our NetApp storage hardware.
Please note that migrations will start on Saturday, April 27th, 2013, and will run each week night and weekend until Tuesday, May 21st, 2013. Operations will be performing multiple migrations at a time, and during the migration, only the accounts in the process of being moved will experience a service interruption. All other accounts will be fully accessible. Mail that is en route to your account will be queued and delivered once the migration is complete. Service interruption to your account will depend on the size of your mailbox, with an approximate estimate of interruption being from 5 to 60 minutes.
