Dear Classic Clients:
We would like to update you that our Operations team will be performing migrations of email accounts in our Classic Platform, moving all of the stores to a new database.
Please note that migrations will start on Tuesday, June 4th, 2013, and will run each week night and weekend for the next couple of weeks.
Weeknights; from 10:00pm to 2:00am EST
Weekends; from 8:00am to 8:00pm EST
Operations will be performing multiple migrations at a time, and during the migration, only the accounts in the process of being moved will experience a service interruption. All other accounts will be fully accessible. Mail that is en route to your account will be queued and delivered once the migration is complete. Service interruption to your account will depend on the size of your mailbox, with an approximate estimate of interruption being from 3 hours – 5 hours.
